ARVIND GROUP established in 1986 has built a steadfast image over the last thirty-three years and is manufacturing Automobile Sheet Metal components, Welded Sub-Assemblies VIZ. Front Suspension Arms, CV / PV & RAILWAY Back Plates, Engine Mountings & Fabricated items of Elevators for different OEMs.

The organization right from its inception paid attention towards the quality of its product and became a leading supplier of precision Sheet Metal Components, Welded Sub-assemblies, Machined Components & Fabricated Panels for the Electrical & Telecom Industries & in Northern and Southern India.

Started Manufacturing Front Suspension Arms for Passenger cars.

  • Installed state-of-the-art WELDING S.P.M’s for improving weld quality of front suspension arms
  • Established in-house TOOLROOM for making Tools , Jigs and Fixture.
  • Implementation of TQM philosophy
  • Started Manufacturing Composite Brake Block BACK PLATES for Indian Railways Rolling Stock.
  • In House Development of SPM for CO2 MIG welding for Front Suspension Arms (In-house Low Cost Automation)
  • Became ISO 9001-2000 certified company.
  • Became self-certified vendor for Rane (Madras) Ltd (Mysore.).
  • Started Manufacturing CNC turned components.
  • Received Best Supplier Award for supplying Hot Forged components to Rane (Madras) Ltd
  • Started Manufacturing Electrical & Telecommunication Pannels , CV & PV Back Plates
  • Received Ist Prize in KAIZEN Competition held at M/s Rane Madras Ltd. Chennai

  • Started Exporting Commercial Vehicle Back Plates to FMC-UK
  • Became ISO/TS 16949 :2002 certified (Forging Company –SAAC)
